- I'm a communications Major at Umass Amherst. I have been Vegan for 3 years and was vegetarian for 4 years before that. I am a bit of a health nut and a gym rat but enjoy a big ol' helping of vegan ice cream whenever possible. I am a hopelessly naive at times and will never lose my love for Disney movies...ever! Right now I am on a journey to become a decent vegan cook and survive college without the evils of the freshman 15 or a bland diet. I hope you like my blog! :)
